SAFE MANAGEMENT MEASURES

Facial services are available for fully vaccinated customers.

Who will be considered fully vaccinated?
Individuals are considered “fully vaccinated” two weeks after they have received a full regimen of any of the following vaccines:
– Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty
– Moderna
– Vaccines in WHO’s emergency use list, such as AstraZeneca, Sinopharm and Sinovac

How will our staff verify your vaccination status?
Please show our staff your vaccination status via your TraceTogether or HealthHub app upon arrival.

To ensure that your safety remains paramount, and your experience will not be compromised, we have put in place the following measures:

COVID-19 Testing
All staff will undergo Fast and Easy Testing (FET) regime using tests such as Antigen Rapid Test (ART) every 7 days.

Safe Entry
As per Government regulations, all staff and customers are required to perform Safe Entry when they enter our premises to check in, and check out upon leaving.

Customers who are unwell
All customers who display any symptoms of flu or fever will be asked to visit a doctor and to reschedule their appointments until after they have recovered. Customers who are serving active Quarantine Orders, Leave of Absences and/or Stay-Home Notices should also refrain from making appointments.


Social Distancing
Only a max of 4 customers will be allowed in the premises at any one time. Cashless payment is encouraged – We accept payment by PayWave and PayNow. Do maintain a safe distance of at least 1M unless during treatment.


Hygiene & Cleanliness
Staff will be wearing a surgical mask when engaging in treatment. All towels, blankets and robes will be changed after each use. Surfaces that are high-touch contact areas will be sterilised and wiped down frequently. All tools will be sterilised upon completion of each treatment. Product testers will temporarily be made unavailable to prevent cross-contamination.


Continuous monitoring of the situation
We will continuously monitor and keep abreast of the situation at hand, and make changes according to government regulations to maintain safety measures for all customers and staff. Ongoing training and education to keep staff at the forefront of handling any situations and safety measures. Strict implementation of all safety measures at all times.
