Grant a magical wish this holiday season
This Christmas, Estetica shares the love, spreads the joy and lends a hand in making wishes come true!
Together with Make-A-Wish Foundation® Singapore, Estetica will be trading uniforms with Santa’s elves and helping to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. From 18 Dec 2017 – 28 Feb 2018, Estetica has pledged all retail proceeds of the exclusive ést.lab VitaLift A+ Brillage Mask box set to grant these magical wishes, and to make these children’s dreams come true.
Make-A-Wish Foundation® Singapore is a non-profit organisation with a simple mission: to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich human experiences with hope, strength and joy. Since its inception in 2002, Make-A-Wish Foundation® Singapore has granted over 1,269 magical wishes, and is working hard to make that number grow.
From granting 15-year-old Edmund’s wish to watch a live Barcelona match at their home stadium in Camp Nou, Barcelona, to helping make 3-year-old Violette’s wish of meeting Princess Sophia in Disneyland come true; these are just some of the little moments of magic that Make-A-Wish Foundation® Singapore has made possible with the generous support and help from its volunteers, sponsors and supporters.
The goal is to grant a wish to every medically eligible child in Singapore. Make-A-Wish Foundation® Singapore and its volunteers are constantly seeking to raise more funds to grant 10 to 11 wishes each month and, with your support, they will be more than a tiny step closer to this goal, and many more steps closer to making a child smile.
At the time of this release, Estetica has worked with Make-A-Wish Foundation® Singapore to grant the following wishes:
“I wish to go to have a tricycle!”, JY, 17, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay (17057)
JY is a happy boy who enjoys cycling with his classmate – his mobility issues and global developmental delay has not hindered his desire to enjoy a day out with his ‘girlfriend’!
“I wish to have a sensory room!”, CS, 13, Dystonic Cerebral Palsy with Epilepsy (17133)
CS enjoys swimming and music! Due to her dystonic cerebral palsy with scoliosis and epilepsy, she is unable to control her muscles and is reliant on a wheelchair. She wishes to have a sensory room so that she can have a safe space to play and engage in activities that will ignite her senses!
“I wish to have a room makeover!”, SNU, 7, Global Developmental Delay and Multiple Congenital Anomalies (17147)
Like most young girls, SNU loves her Sophia the First and Frozen! SNU spends most of her time at home due to her lowered immunity. She is moving into a new home soon and she would love to furnish and design her own room – an air-conditioned room where she can watch her favourite cartoons!
This Christmas, Hope is, quite literally, in your hands. Rejoice in supple, glowing skin while giving the gift of Love and Hope. #hopeisinyourhands #ingoodhands
